Being a native Californian and raised in Thousand Oaks has given Dan intimate local area knowledge.  Learning real estate investment from his grandfather, he started buying property at the age of 21 in Thousand Oaks and has not looked back.  He married his high school sweetheart, Diane, in 1974 and they have been enjoying life ever since.

Going though as many real estate cycles as Dan has, he has learned the ups and downs of the market and he shares his knowledge and advises his clients accordingly.  He has built long-lasting relationships with his clients, working with them on their real estate portfolios for 20 years plus.
